Award presented on April 26 in London; raises Luton’s profile in housing market

LU2ON, a mixed-use development by Strawberry Star Homes, part of the London-based international property company Strawberry Star Group, won the prestigious First Time Buyer Readers’ Award 2019 in the ‘Best Off-Plan Development’ category by outclassing several leading developers.

The scheme, which aims to offers London lifestyle homes in the UK capital’s top commuter belt town of Luton, faced stiff competition from Barratt Homes & Vivid Homes and L&Q | Parklands in the category. The scheme will break ground in May and has been applauded for its unique amenities
and facilities that are on par with those provided in London.

The FTB award will be the first of the many awards that LU2ON will receive.
