Strawberry Star Homes will be honoured at the UK Property Awards in the Royal Lancaster hotel, London on the 25th October for winning the awards. In addition, the company will compete against the best property companies across the UK region to be recognised in the two categories as the rating of the awards will be revealed at the presentation ceremony.
Santhosh Gowda, Chairman, Strawberry Star Group, said, “We are absolutely delighted with these two UK Property Awards at IPA 2019, which are a testimonial to our volume housing strategy. We thank the panel of judges for having successfully evaluated Lu2on in the two categories. Lu2on is raising the benchmark in the UK property market, as an ideal mixed-use development in the commuter belt towns. We are now eager to win at the UK level and then at the European level.”
The UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts. Judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The judging panel is chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best, The Earl of Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament. The UK Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme.
