When you decide to use Strawberry Star as your lettings agent, you’ve made the right choice!

You can choose from the 2 types of service we offer:

Lettings only

We will efficiently take care of every aspect of finding and installing your ideal tenant and deal with all of the check-out requirements:

Check-in – accompanied viewings, tenant screening and background checks, handling the offer and any holding deposit, preparing the tenancy agreement, arranging for an independent inventory, arranging all EPC and safety requirements and certificates, lodging the deposit with an approved deposit protection scheme.

Check-out – arranging the inventory check, overseeing any reasonable mediation regarding the return of the deposit, arranging a forwarding address for tenants.

Fully managed

In addition to all of the features provided as part of our lettings service, we will also collect rental payments on your behalf, conduct regular inspection visits (the first of which is after just one month) and act as the first point of contact and co-ordinators for any repairs or redecoration that may be required either during the tenancy or void periods.

We are also able to assist overseas landlords regarding taxation or administration.
